High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit and provides reliable performance for HD streaming, video calls, and web browsing for all guests during your stay. If you experience any connection issues, please reach out to your host through the booking platform so we can assist right away.
The common pool and hot tub are accessed with the common area code. The hours are 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Please be respectful of other guests and residents. No glass is allowed in the pool area.
Do not hold or block the elevator doors as this will result in the elevator shutting down and require a technician to be called out by the building management company (separate of the hosts), which usually takes many hours.
Ski and bike storage is not allowed in the unit. There is a ski storage unit on the outside of the unit. The common area code will get you access to the bike storage area in the P1 parkade, next to the garbage room.
