Whistler Guide: Winter

Experience world-class winter adventures

Getting to the Slopes

You're just minutes from the lifts. Here's how to get there:

By Bus (Recommended)

The easiest way. The BC Transit stop is a quick walk from the unit. The #10 or #20 bus will take you directly to the Village Gondola Transit Exchange or to Creekside.

By Car

We recommend parking in Day Lots 4 or 5 for the best value (approx. $10/day). Day Lots 1-3 are closer and more expensive, and they fill up very early. The Creekside parkade is also an option if you're starting on that side.

Winter Adventures

Snowmobiling

A must-do! Companies like The Adventure Group (TAG) or Canadian Wilderness Adventures offer tours for all levels, from scenic family rides to backcountry adventures.

Scandinave Spa

The ultimate relaxation. Spend an afternoon in the silence of the outdoor hot and cold baths, saunas, and steam rooms. Pure bliss. Book in advance!

Tubing at the Bubly Tube Park

Incredible fun for the whole family, located on Blackcomb Mountain. No skill required!

Village Stroll

The Village is magical in winter. Walk the stroll, skate at the Olympic Plaza, or catch the free Fire and Ice Show on Sunday evenings.
